PLEASE INTRODUCE YOURSELF AND YOUR ROLE.

Hi! My I’m Laura Colantuono, Group Head of Internal Communications at Fremantle.

WHAT ARE THE MAIN REASONS FOR SHARING YOUR STORY AT OUR CONFERENCE?

I am excited to be part of a panel to discuss the importance of culture, belonging and inclusion. I truly believe in the role we play in helping create a better workplace. Delivering campaigns and initiatives aimed at enhancing a sense of belonging and knowing that what I do can have a positive impact on my colleagues’ life at work, gives me purpose. And that’s why I love my job.

WHAT ARE YOU MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO ABOUT THE CONFERENCE?

I’m looking forward to sharing experiences, discussing common challenges and trends with other fellow internal communicators and engagement experts. Events like this one are so inspiring and they always leave me with a renewed energy.

ANY SNEAK PEEKS FOR OUR AUDIENCE TO LOOK FORWARD TO?

The line-up of the conference is amazing. Get ready to take lots of notes, ask questions, network, and share your thoughts. I am sure we will all walk away with great insights and new ideas.

LOOKING TO THE FUTURE, WHAT WOULD YOU SAY ARE THE KEY TRENDS SHAPING THE INDUSTRY?

The field of Internal Communication is ever-changing, and that’s the beauty of it. As the agenda of the conference suggests, the ‘hot topics’ (and the challenges) for those working in IC and Employee Engagement, will continue to be around building authentic people-centric workplaces and purposeful experiences for our colleagues so that they can be their best, feel appreciated and connected to the company’s vision.
