They praised the programme’s anonymised judging process and its one-sponsor model as key markers of authenticity and trust, and highlighted the robust strategy behind the awards – from sponsorship to judging – noting that the results are driven by clear and concise objectives and “speak for themselves.”

Judges also described the programme as “really sound Awards, with clear processes and longevity,” pointing to “impressive figures and growth over the 10 years.” They said that the 10th edition, which formed the basis of this year’s winning entry, represented “a true step change,” successfully integrating customer, employee, sales and marketing engagement and standing as “the definitive, merit-based benchmark for engagement excellence.”
