The Trust Imperative: Leadership, Culture and Honest Communication

Trust has emerged as the defining challenge for organisations in 2026. But that trust is fragile — and it depends entirely on whether leaders communicate honestly, whether values match lived experience, and whether employees feel genuinely heard.

This episode brings together senior people and culture leaders to explore what trust really looks like in practice: how it is built, how it is broken, and what it takes to sustain it through periods of change, uncertainty and transformation.
