The Future of Work: AI, Redesign and the Workforce of Tomorrow

AI is reshaping roles, automating tasks and creating capabilities that didn’t exist five years ago. But the future of work isn’t only a technology story. It’s a human one.

Recorded at the Engage Employee Summit, host Dan Cottrell of The Podcast Guys is joined by three leaders shaping the workforce of tomorrow. They are Rob McCargow, Technology Impact Leader at PwC UK, Kelsey Kates, former Global Head of Learning Experiences at Google, and Busola Farinmade, Director of Total Rewards at Equinix.

Together they look at how to redesign roles without losing the people in them, and how to build a workforce that’s ready for what comes next. They also discuss how to balance AI’s efficiency with the human skills no algorithm can replace: creativity, empathy and judgement. If your strategy is struggling to keep pace with change, this episode is essential listening.
