Leading Diverse Teams Through Change

Leading complex and diverse teams through change can be daunting and difficult. In this podcast, Amazon’s EMEA Talent Acquisition Director Cath Possamai shares two case studies from her recent career of leading change for large scale recruiting organisations at the British Army and Amazon.

The contexts of both teams are very different, with one being an entirely UK based outsourced partnership which was failing, and the other being a large multi-national team in a rapid growth global organisation. However, Cath explains that there are consistent lessons to be learned in leading change effectively which can apply across almost all situations and teams.
