Jonathon Pinch is the Head of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement at Wincanton, a British supply chain company that employees 20,000+ people in the UK and Ireland.
Born and raised in South Wales, Jonathon has worked on both sides of the Prince of Wales bridge in various external and internal communications roles. In his 15 years in the industry, Jonathon has driven communications in public and private sector roles across housing, education, healthcare, UK Government and a FTSE 250 company.
Leading internal communications for the past 5 years, Jonathon has become an expert in communicating and engaging remote workers, driving social value and creating clarity and confidence during periods of change.
