In early 2022 Virgin Media O2 announced the suspension of all roaming charges for data used by travellers in the European Union. Getting their own people involved to spread awareness of the campaign internally while explaining the new roaming rules meant introducing an internal comms programme that delivered a 25 per cent uplift in employee engagement, in just 48 hours.
