Specsavers Head of People - Audiology

As the Head of People for Audiology at Specsavers, I oversee the UK and Ireland region, driving the people agenda across our local businesses and Head Office teams. My role is pivotal in shaping the future of audiology services, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talent. I am also a proud member of the Audiology Board, where I contribute to strategic decisions that impact our business.

Before joining Specsavers, I have worked within a number of different industries including the Prison Service, Financial Services, a tech start-up and then the fashion retail sector.

With this experience, I bring a unique perspective to my current role, always striving to create a best place to work culture.

Outside of work, I cherish time with my family. My husband and I are parents of two boys so balancing a fulfilling career with family life is a rewarding challenge!
