Donna Dew
The AA UK & Corporate Functions People Director
Donna has extensive experience in People strategy, transformation, and colleague engagement and communications. Having worked in a wide range of fast-paced international companies, Donna has successfully delivered a wide range of people change to support business goals.
At Kingfisher she supported the creation of a brand-new function bringing together product development, sourcing and supply chain from across the different brands into one team. One of her proudest achievements is the modernisation of the Retail operating model for William Hill - an 18-month programme that looked at holistic improvements to the shop management structure, modernising recruitment, induction and technology and allowing us to pay shop colleagues above National Living wage for the first time. Now at The AA, she’s supporting the COO and Corporate Functions in their mission to improve cross-team collaboration, embed hybrid working and strengthen talent planning.
She’s passionate about creating value through creative but commercially focused people plans. Outside of work she loves open water swimming and will always have a book recommendation to hand!
