With over 10 years of experience within PR and Communications, Dev is a stakeholder relations and management specialist, who aims to bring people together through fun, creative and impactful communications. Currently at Feeld, leading the Internal Communication function, Dev’s career spans a number of industries from Automotive, Telecommunication and Tech. Throughout his career, Dev has always been a firm advocate for inclusive practices within communications and in business. Whilst at Virgin Media, Dev lead the BIPOC community group, as well as the DEI communications taskforce, to proactively embed inclusive communications into all areas of the business. Through recent roles, Dev has championed intersectionality, leading LGBTQ+ activities and community groups, highlighting the shared experiences that shape people throughout their career. Outside of his professional accomplishments, dev is an international cabaret performer and host, with a focus on highlighting queer and BIPOC talent through his shows.

Emma is an accomplished communications professional with more than 20 years’ experience leading internal communications teams, large scale change and transformation, mergers and acquisitions, media and stakeholder relations, policy communications, websites and social media, crisis and issue management, product communications and corporate brand building.

Emma spent her early career working in WPP communications agencies leading accounts across numerous sectors including technology, mobile, healthcare, .com, retail, venture capital, and consumer goods. More recently Emma worked in house leading large global and regional communications teams at GSK and Bristol Myers Squibb.
