MUFG EMEA Head of Employee Experience and EngagementWith extensive experience as a HR professional across a number of industries, I am currently in a role which allows me to play out my passion which lies in shaping workplace culture, driving employee engagement, champion DEI, and elevate the voice of employees so that they feel safe, heard, connected.
Officially, as Head of Employee Engagement and Experience, my role is to empower the Culture strategy for EMEA by fostering an environment where employees are highly engaged with a sense of belonging and empowerment, enabling an enhanced employee experience.
I am therefore currently responsible for the creation, delivery and reporting of employee engagement initiatives, and driving ownership and accountability of leaders, managers and employees to strengthen our organisational culture.
Working with teams across various stakeholder groups both within region and globally in a complex matrix structure to support a programme of continuous organisational enhancement which helps us to achieve our vision.
