Kate Evans is our EMEA Chief People Officer, based in London. She brings a wealth of experience to the EMEA People and Culture team from various senior roles in professional services organisations, such as KPMG, and other sectors. As well as leading the People and Culture team, Kate’s focus is on improving organisational performance, driving up employee engagement and creating a more inclusive, high performance, high support culture. Kate is also a coach and mentor to several talented next generation executives both inside and outside of NRF.  Outside of work, Kate loves spending time with her husband, Brendan, and her daughter, Aoife, and enjoys cooking, running and travelling.
