Her work has included leading values design and rollout, shaping company strategy, managing crisis communications, and introducing or evolving communications channels such as intranets and employee experience platforms.
Passionate about the role of internal communications in building trust, enhancing employee experience, and driving culture change, Juliet is also an active mentor with the Institute of Internal Communications (IoIC), helping professionals grow their careers.
