Ross Marshall is a dedicated Wellbeing Reward and Recognition Lead at the London Borough of Havering, where he plays a pivotal role in the Human Resources & Organisational Development department. With a strong background in administration, employment & training, social enterprise, and PMO, Ross brings a wealth of experience to his current role. He is a certified Mental Health First Aider, known for his exceptional communication and listening skills.

In his role, Ross is responsible for delivering a professional wellbeing service that aligns with 4 strategic pillars of wellbeing (Physical, Psychological, Social and Financial) and positively influences the employee experience. He leads the wellbeing aspects of the total reward approach, including recognition, wellbeing and health, staff forums, and engagement.
