Lee Southen is an experienced communications leader with a proven track record in shaping and delivering impactful internal communication strategies within complex, fast-paced organisations. As Head of Internal Communications at Gateley, Lee is responsible for driving employee engagement, cultivating a thriving work culture and ensuring that strategic priorities are clearly communicated across the business.
With extensive expertise in change communications, leadership messaging and digital engagement, Lee partners closely with senior stakeholders to align communication initiatives with organisational goals. His approach combines creativity with data-driven insights to deliver messages that resonate and inspire action.
Prior to joining Gateley, Lee held senior roles in communications for a wide range of clients, where he successfully led campaigns that supported transformation programmes, enhanced employee experience and strengthened brand values internally.
Lee is passionate about creating meaningful connections between leadership and employees, leveraging innovative channels and storytelling to bring a company’s vision and values to life.
