Hillary has supported the growth of the practice, working with many industry leaders in professional services, industrial, financial services and pharmaceutical. She is incredibly passionate about data-led campaigns and the power of brilliant user experiences and creative execution to inspire lasting change.

With over 25 years’ experience, Guy has been recognised for contributions in the creative and academic fields, and his work in applied behavioural science has led to awards for innovation and impact. Guy held a number of strategy roles within Havas before going on to head-up behavioural science for an award-winning US energy tech company. He is adjunct faculty in behavioural science and innovation with IE University (Madrid). Guy has an MBA (IE) and holds a prize-winning PhD in applied social psychology (Cranfield). He’s a Fellow of the RSA and a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society.
