For employee engagement leaders, modernising compensation isn’t just an HR initiative – it’s central to building trust, improving retention, and creating an inclusive workplace culture.

In this session, Maria Colacurcio, CEO of Syndio, will explore how AI is reshaping pay decision-making and why it’s rapidly becoming a strategic priority for organisations across Europe.

We’ll unpack how AI-driven pay systems can:

  • Support more equitable and consistent compensation decisions
  • Strengthen trust and confidence in leadership and reward processes
  • Improve employee engagement, belonging, and retention
  • Enable leaner, more agile HR and people functions

Join us to discover how a modern, technology-enabled approach to pay can unlock fairness at scale – and why engagement leaders must be at the forefront of this transformation.
