Broadcasting LIVE from the London Stock Exchange Studios, we sit down with Fay Simpkins, Head of Occupational Health and Wellbeing at National Highways, to explore why physical health deserves as much airtime as mental health in the workplace.
From reducing absenteeism to building organisational resilience, Fay shares the strategies, challenges, and real-world results of making physical wellbeing part of everyday culture – for every employee, regardless of role or confidence level.
