Rachel is an award-winning communicator with nearly 30 years' experience across financial and infrastructure services, aviation, healthcare, satcomms and agency. She joined Simpplr in March 2025.

She has spoken at many communications conferences, and delivered masterclasses in internal communications, measurement and embracing AI. She is passionate about the value of employee voice and data to measure impact and drive insight and improvement.

Rachel has been an IABC UK&I Board member and a mentor with Help for Heroes.
