Joyce Idoniboye is Chief People Officer at Oxfam GB, where she leads a 90-person HR team driving transformative people strategies in support of a just world without poverty. With over 20 years of experience across industries—from publishing to international development—Joyce is known for her bold leadership in organisational design, equity, culture, and talent. A passionate advocate for Black representation, women’s leadership, and working parents, she brings both authenticity and strategic rigour to the boardroom. Joyce has held senior roles at DDB, CBRE, HarperCollins, Pearson and more. Outside work, she thrives on spin classes, basketball, family life, and roller skating—living proof that joy, resilience, and leadership can go hand-in-hand.
