Agile HR Design – Designing People Processes that Keep Pace With the Rapidly Changing World

  • Digital Workplace Conference
  • Ben Wharfe, Chief People Officer, Fiit

The world has changed in the last 2 years and there is no going back. There has been a seismic shift in the way we work, when we work, where we work and what we expect work to be. This is at odds with how organisations are set up and have historically been run.

This impacts every component of the ecosystem of work – policies, processes, technology, offices, reward & benefits, recruitment, D&I, leadership, culture and employee engagement. The conversation about the future of work for too many companies is ‘what is the split of office vs. remote working’. This misses the point, and these companies will be left behind.

This new world of work is being designed real-time for an ever evolving world and set of employee expectations. HR needs to use Agile Design to plan for this new world or become obsolete.

At Fiit we use iterative design to use data and employee feedback to implement the People processes and offerings to make them thrive. This enables us to constantly evolve our People proposition aligned to what our people need.
