Too often, employee engagement and internal communication are viewed as nice-to-have but not business-critical. We know that’s not the reality. When done well, these efforts directly impact retention, productivity, innovation, and culture. And yet, getting leadership to see engagement as a strategic priority can still feel like an uphill battle.

We’re following up our recent survey with a small, focused group discussion, bringing together senior leaders in internal communications and employee engagement to explore the findings in more depth.

This will be a space to share challenges, compare approaches, and uncover what’s really helping (or hindering) efforts to make engagement a true strategic priority.

Why Take Part?

You’ll be contributing to a broader piece of work that aims to support the whole engagement and comms community - but more than that, you’ll also leave with:

  • Peer insights and practical examples you can apply in your own organisation
  • Fresh perspectives on influencing the C-suite and shifting mindsets
  • A clearer picture of how others are making the case for engagement as a business driver

This is a space for honest discussion, shared learning, and useful takeaways, not theory or fluff.

Spaces are limited, so if you'd like to be part of the conversation, we recommend registering early.

Let’s work together to turn engagement from a "nice to have" into a business must-have.
